As soon as your blanket ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Since every blanket is made to order right here in the USA, it takes about five business days to weave before it’s ready to ship. Standard shipping usually takes seven to ten business days after production.

If your tracking hasn’t updated right away, don’t worry! Sometimes carriers take a day or two to scan packages. If it’s been longer than expected, give it two to three extra business days before reaching out, shipping delays happen from time to time. If you think your package is lost, contact us, and we’ll be happy to help!

We stand behind our work. If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement. Just contact us with your order number and a description of the issue and we’ll provide instructions to send it back.

All of our blankets are 100% machine washable. Just toss them in on a gentle cycle with cold water and use a mild detergent. After washing, tumble dry on low or let it air dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, these can weaken the cotton fibers over time.
